Terms of use

Effective date: 28 August 2026 • Version 1.4 • Trabeler SAS, 24 Rue de Rivoli, 75004 Paris, France

Welcome to trabeler. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to trabeler.com, our mobile experiences, and any booking you make via our platform. By accessing or using trabeler you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cancellation Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who we are and what we do

Trabeler is an intermediary and marketplace for tours, attractions and experiences operated by third-party partners (“Partners”). We facilitate discovery, ticketing and payment, but the experience itself is provided by the Partner under its own terms and conditions, safety rules and operating hours displayed on each experience page (e.g., “Pacific Science Center” or “London Eye: Fast Track Experience”). Prices are shown in USD internally and converted to your selected display currency at checkout.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to make a booking. You agree to provide accurate contact details (full name, phone, email) and to keep them up to date. You are responsible for all activity under the email you provide at checkout. One person may not create multiple accounts to circumvent limits or promotions.

3. Bookings, availability and pricing

  • All bookings are subject to availability and Partner confirmation. Selecting a date, time slot (where required - e.g., London Eye) and guests creates a temporary hold (about 20 minutes). The contract is formed only when you receive the confirmation page and email with tickets.
  • Prices, fees and operating hours can change until payment is complete. The “Total payable” shown in the booking panel is the final amount due at that moment. Currency conversion is indicative; the charged amount is in GBP.
  • We may correct obvious pricing errors before confirmation and offer you to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

4. Tickets, entry and conduct

Mobile tickets/QR codes are personal to the booking and may be checked against ID. Follow the Partner’s rules: arrive 10–15 minutes early, respect capacity, age/height limits, and no-show policy. Misuse, resale at a premium, or fraudulent chargebacks may lead to cancellation without refund.

5. User content and license

Reviews or questions you submit must be lawful, non-misleading and not infringe third-party rights. You grant trabeler a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display and moderate that content. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Prohibited uses

You must not: (a) scrape, crawl or bypass rate limits; (b) reverse-engineer or interfere with security; (c) use the service for unlawful purposes; (d) upload malware; (e) impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation.

7. Intellectual property

The site, design, text, graphics, logos and software are owned by trabeler or its licensors and protected by EU and international IP law. No rights are granted except as expressly stated. “trabeler” and related marks are trademarks.

8. Disclaimers and Partner responsibility

Experiences are provided by Partners. We do not operate venues and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, weather conditions or exact show schedules. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness or non-infringement. Information such as highlights, inclusions and maps is supplied by Partners; we use reasonable efforts to keep it accurate but do not warrant error-free descriptions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, trabeler’s aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use or booking is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant booking. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of enjoyment, travel costs, or Partner acts/omissions. Nothing excludes liability for death/personal injury caused by our negligence or fraud.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify trabeler, its affiliates and personnel against claims, damages and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of tickets, or violation of law or third-party rights.

11. Cancellation, changes and refunds

Most tickets are Non-Refundable & no changes as shown at booking. Where a Partner allows flexibility, the Cancellation Policy applies. If a Partner cancels or materially changes the experience, you will be offered rebooking or refund per that policy.

12. Privacy and cookies

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using trabeler you consent to cookies necessary for booking, analytics and currency preferences as described there.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical or business changes. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. For existing bookings, the Terms at time of purchase apply.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. EU consumers benefit from mandatory local protections. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France, unless EU law requires otherwise. EU residents may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
